And now we have a heartline from Zaccai in the United States:
Dear Master and Supreme Master TV team, I’d like to share precious insights Master has taught me about the spiritual diary. Master has shown me that the spiritual diary is the most important daily practice besides Quan Yin meditation. Examining my failures in thought, word, and deed, and sincerely repenting, is like a soul-cleansing shower. Reviewing it at the same time each day keeps me spiritually grounded. When skipped, my level drops almost immediately.
Master has shown me that if meditation was cooking, the spiritual diary would be taste-testing; if meditation was driving, the spiritual diary would be the GPS; if meditation was mopping, the diary would be checking for stains — ensuring everything is perfect. Without it, we may clear some dust from our minds, but we cannot achieve spotless purity. Master also taught me the spiritual diary is one step we take while GOD takes the other 99. GOD could lift us to the Most Glorious Heavens instantly, but what for if we don’t earn it with our minimal effort? Master also showed me that sincerely keeping the diary means daily mistakes won’t count against us, allowing us to save merit points to ascend to the Highest Spiritual Planes. Without it, failures are deducted from our spiritual bank account, stifling progress.
Initially, I stopped keeping the diary due to excuses like “inconvenience.” Hearing how other initiates maintain theirs inspired me to start again. For example, a Quan Yin Messenger shared that he marks a dot for each failure AS SOON AS IT OCCURS (because if you wait, you might forget), and then circles the box if enough dots accumulate. I adopted this method, along with a journal to repent and plan how to avoid repeating mistakes. For a paper diary, I printed the monthly diary from initiation, folded it with extra pages for notes, and carried it in my pocket. Later, I switched to a digital diary, which is even more convenient. Apps like “Tally: The Anything Tracker” (iPhone) and “My Counter | Tally Counter” (Android) are inexpensive and invaluable. In the app, I track failures under the Five Precepts, note details, and write reflections daily. I also log meditation time, how well I focus on my Wisdom Eye, and more. This takes 15-30 minutes a day but is worth every moment.
Dear Master, would it be alright to upload the monthly diary PDF to the website, so fellow initiates can safely and easily access it? Suggested link: SupremeMasterTV.com/SD. Thank You, Master, for the many tools You’ve given us to succeed spiritually and in life. Zaccai from the United States
Diligent Zaccai, Thank you for your heartline, which is a wonderful reminder of the importance of keeping our daily spiritual diary as we were instructed at initiation. Using every tool available will help spiritual seekers to move quickly along their path. As you mentioned, it is easy to make excuses or forget the spiritual diary. May your heartline inspire others to improve their habits! And may you and the powerful United States of America find that you have been blessed by the Heavens with deep wisdom and lasting peace, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Master has a loving response for you: “Devoted Zaccai, thank you, loving, for still steadfastly anchoring in the Uplifting Ocean of Quan Yin Homeward Sail, with the best of your ability, in such a turbulent world with all like-minded God’s disciples worldwide!! I am touched to tears by your effort! Thank you and all others who are so sincerely devoted to GOD, THE MOST HIGH! Master Power is always with you to help in any way. It is good you now understand how the spiritual diary supports both your meditation practice and spiritual growth. We should always be checking our behaviors and habits and seeing whether they align with our expectations of a Saint. Too often people believe that their meditation practice will cover any lapses in their behavior. This is a backward form of thinking! Spiritual practitioners must live in a way that supports their meditation and spiritual goals. Thank you for bringing this fundamental aspect of spiritual practice to people’s attention. May you and the caring American people be blessed by God’s infinite Bounty and Grace. And much Love to you, always.”
