Elevate your vegan cooking with an air fryer and master meals made with minimal oil. These dishes are healthy, flavorful, convenient to prepare, and truly satisfying. We’re kicking off today’s show on air fryers with Vegan Bacon-Wrapped asparagus, which offers a delightful combination of flavors and textures.Place three stalks of asparagus at a 45-degree angle over the vegan bacon and roll toward the top. Then secure the wrap with toothpicks at the top and bottom ends. After all the wraps are done, brush another thin layer of vegetable oil over the vegan bacon. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re evenly spaced not overlapping. Air fry them at 180°C for six minutes, and then they’re ready.Next, we’ll air fry some baguette slices with vegan tuna that comes in two flavors, along with hummus and corn kernels. The baguette slices are now toasted, so we’ll spread a thin layer of ketchup on the buttered surface, then add the Hummus Vegan Tuna topping to three slices. Lastly, place some black olives on the vegan tuna to give the baguette slices a savory, umami-rich flavor.Lastly, we’ll cook some tofu and fresh cauliflower florets coated with a flavorful, spicy sauce. Marinate the tofu slices with two tablespoons of soy sauce for 10 minutes to allow time for the tofu to absorb the flavor. Arrange the marinated cauliflower florets and tofu in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap. An air fryer is versatile; you can easily crisp up a colorful mix of vegetables like pumpkin, sweet potato, zucchini, and Brussels sprouts.
