A little fix here and a little fix there keeps the home running smoothly. I have a kitchen maintenance tip for you. If your kitchen sink has a garbage disposal, it may become the source of an unpleasant odor. One simple fix is to use ice cubes and salt to help scrub away food particles and residue from the disposal blades. The ice and salt help get rid of the accumulation on the disposal blades, while the cold water helps flush out food particles and reduce lingering odors.
