In today’s news, World Bank backs economic opportunities and nutritional aid in Yemen. Spending an elevating afternoon in the flower garden always raises my mood. I have a useful tip for us while engaging in gardening tasks. Simply applying a light dusting of baby powder helps absorb moisture from your hands, reducing sweat and minimizing friction between your skin and your gardening gloves. This makes gloves easier to put on and remove, and prevents blisters from forming during repetitive gardening tasks, such as digging, raking, or pruning. For extended or heavy-duty work, other friction-reducing products, such as petroleum jelly, may also help protect pressure points. Baby powder also helps keep garden boots and shoes fresher. After a day in the garden, moisture can become trapped inside footwear, creating conditions that contribute to unpleasant odors. You can also lightly dust your feet before putting on socks to help reduce perspiration. These simple tips can help keep your gardening gear more comfortable and fresher throughout the season.

We just received an invitation to participate in a laughter session with the joke of the day called, “Following the Diet.” We’d better not miss it.

During a routine checkup, a doctor noticed that his patient had gained weight again.

“Did you follow the vegan diet plan I gave you last month?”

“Absolutely, Doctor. Every single day.”

“Then how did you gain 5 kilograms?”

“I don’t know. I ate everything on your plan.”

“And nothing else?”

“Well, I ate it right after my regular lunch.”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Aulacese (Vietnamese), with multiple-language subtitles, from Tuyết Vy in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam
