The future of humankind lies waiting for those who will come to understand their lives and take up their responsibilities to all living things. In Part 1 of this three-part series on Kyle Rust’s near-death experience, the American teacher describes finding himself in his late grandparents’ living room during open-heart surgery, reunited with two people he had deeply missed and surrounded by a powerful Light. On March 15, 2022, Kyle underwent open heart surgery. He had been under anesthesia for other surgeries before. Each time, everything went black, he fell asleep, and then he woke up. This time, Kyle says, his experience was different. Everything went black, and it felt like he fell asleep. But he says he did not wake up in real life.
I woke up in a vision. I call it a vision, and that’s kind of how I explain it: is a vision where I was in my grandparents’ old living room, sitting with my two grandparents. Both of his grandparents had died before his surgery, and their house had been sold a couple of years earlier. Kyle describes feeling both awkwardness and relief at being with his grandparents again. He had been extremely close to them. When he learned he needed surgery, they were the ones he most wanted to talk to, but they were no longer alive.
It was more real than real, if that makes any sense. It was the realest thing that I’ve ever felt, I’ve ever seen, and that I’ve ever experienced in my life. It was the most calm I’ve ever felt in my life. It was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt in my life. Everything in the room was exactly as he remembered it: the rips in the carpet, the TV, the chairs his grandparents sat in, the table and lamp between them, and the floor-to-ceiling windows behind them. Kyle sat in the same old chair he always used when he visited as a child.
I could see every detail better in this vision that I could in real life, if you can understand that. They had this wood paneling on the wall, […] it was grainy, but I could see every little crevice, every crack, every detail in that wood paneling. A powerful Light filled the room. It shone through the stained-glass window at the front of the house and through the back windows. Kyle describes it as a bright, white-yellowish hue, not dark or dim, and says it was beautiful.
My grandparents didn’t say a word to me, but just being in that moment and being in that situation, how, for the first time in my life, in a very long time, I felt like I could sit back and just be at peace. Kyle believed he was in Heaven with his grandparents. While there, he felt no attachment to his earthly life and felt like the best version of himself.
I was in that vision. I didn’t want to leave. Then I got sucked into a different vision. Join us tomorrow for Part 2 of this three-part series. Kyle describes being pulled from his grandparents’ living room to a desert mountaintop, where he believes he stood beside GOD. He also shares the difficult awakening that followed in the recovery room. (Kyle Rust YouTube channel - Thank you)
