Today I would like to share a handy tip on how to make a threaded insert guide, as sometimes it can be difficult to install threaded inserts perpendicular to the wood’s surface. Start out by drilling a hole through a scrap piece of wood the same size diameter as the exterior of the insert. Next, place the guide over the workpiece hole, and set the insert into the guide. Lastly, simply screw it down into place.

Dear Supreme Master Ching Hai and Supreme Master TV team, I would like to share an inner experience with Master that has contributed to my faith during this troubling era. Due to many karmic reasons in my life, I have only seen Master in person a few times. Every time I would attempt to visit the New Land Ashram and attend a retreat, something would block my path. One morning during meditation, I had an inner experience. I was standing on the side of a stage with a fellow initiate, watching Master give a lecture to the public. Afterwards, Master walked over and stood in front of me. I said, “Master, I have a lot of karma and have been unable to come to Taiwan (Formosa) to receive the Gift.” Master then proceeded to give me the instructions for it, and had me recite and repeat a phrase. The disciple next to me said, “Please try to remember this, so you can use this later.” I remember the words echoing in my head as I came out of my experience. Even though my ephemeral mind could not hold on to it, I was filled with an indescribable peace for many days afterwards. To this day, I still feel it when I think about the experience. Master, I cannot thank You enough for Your compassion and Love. I consider myself the luckiest person in the world. Regardless of anything else that happens, I am Your disciple.
