I have a cleaning tip for you. Instead of tossing out fruit peels such as from lemons, oranges, and tangerines, you can repurpose them to clean your home! To make an all-purpose cleaner spray, set the peel of one to two citrus fruits in a jar or container and cover them in 240 milliliters (1 cup) of vinegar and 120 milliliters (½ cup) of water. Seal the jar and allow it to infuse for a week, after which you can strain and pour the mixture into a spray bottle. You can also use citrus peels to clean your microwave and eliminate stains and unpleasant odors. Just set orange or tangerine peels in the microwave and turn it on for 2 minutes. Then wipe it clean. Who knew cleaning can be so simple?
Our amusement post-it note says it’s time to listen to the joke of the day. It’s called “Go with the Flow.”
Albert was in court for speeding. The judge asked:
“Do you know how fast you were going?”
“Your Honor, I was trying to keep up with the flow of traffic.”
“There was no traffic ‒ it was 3 am!”
“Exactly! I was trying to catch up to those ahead of me.”
