"With Hai-in, one can level mountains and part seas." Nam Sa-go used a Buddhist term, "Hai-in," to refer to the specific method that the Savior would practice and that everyone ought to practice. When we are initiated into the Quan Yin Method of meditation by Supreme Master Ching Hai, we can access the inner knowledge or the Truth of all things. After we open the almighty power inside us, we can do anything: we can be omnipresent, we can live forever, we can cure diseases, we can move mountains and drain seas - we can do anything beyond our imagination. This is the benefit of the Quan Yin Method.
